So just did a bit of shopping, here's a look;
1. Faux Fur Tendril Shaw from Rio I really like the frayed look of this scarf. Kinda grungy/gothy/whatever. It would look good over a fitted dress or something. It'll be fun to play with.
2. Shingled Black Tote (Starbazaar) I got this bag from the Starbazaar. It's a pretty cute, edgy bucket bag. I kinda like it, but not too sure about it, guess I'll have to wait and see how often I wear it.
3. Free Finger Gloves from Rio I have a thing for fingerless gloves. I buy every pair stardoll puts out but rarely wear them! I just really love fingerless gloves. And I really like the detailing on this pair.
4. Green Striped Socks from Evil Panda (Starbazaar) I love socks and when I saw these I immediately had to have them. Not quite sure how I'll wear them yet, but I'll figure it out.
5. Dotted Knee Socks from Evil Panda While looking for a specific pair of socks from Evil Panda I stumbled upon these and couldn't believe I didn't own them already. These are one of those fun pairs of stockings you just need to own.
6. McQueen Inspired Harness from Rio I LOVE harnesses, and got ridiculously happy when I saw this, and even more so when I read the name that it was McQueen inspired. Love McQueen! I really want to own a harness in real life, but since I can't find one this virtual one will do.
7. Ring Purse from Rio This purse reminded me of McQueen clutches so I had to get it. I love the tough but feminine vibe that clutches with knuckles gives off.
8. Gold Snake Belt from Rio This gold snake belt is really cool in my opinion. I really like the more odd and interesting belts that Stardoll puts out, like this one and the hands one.
9. Gold Knot Belt from Rio A really classic belt that can go with anything. Super cute and easy to dress up or down.

Creole Lady Marmalade
For my Valentine's look I took my inspiration from the Moulin Rouge. Or more specifically a music video made for Moulin Rouge. I love the song Lady Marmalde covered by Christina Aguilera, Pink, Lil' Kim, and Mya and I love the outfits and styling even more.

Mini Makeup Haul
Hey guys! I’m here today to post a mini-makeup haul I just got. I got all these with a specific makeup look in mind that’ll a debut later this week, maybe even today. And then later maybe throw up a tutorial. ;)
1. Dusk’s Kiss Lip Pencil - I hated these lip pencil’s at first because I thought they were tacky but this was just what I needed for the look I’m creating. So typical of me to not like something at first glance and later decide to get it.
2. Fire for Hire Lipstick - A SUPER bright red. Sephora’s Lipstick Cream in classic red is pretty close though so if you already have that one Fire for Hire will be a waste of money. I didn’t really need more red because I have several red lipsticks already, but I couldn’t resist.
3. Killer Carmine Lipstick - And this would be the darkest red I own. A very nice deep shade. Very classic.
4. Violet’s Hope Eyeshadow - A very bright, pure purple. It’s a bit more blue toned than purple’s released on Stardoll in the past. Also not dusty or dark at all like the purple’s from Kat Von D for Sephora.
5. Fire for Hire Eyeshadow - I’m not sure if there’s been red eye makeup released before but I definitely need to have some so was pretty excited when I was able to get these. Fire for Hire is of course the brighter of the two and slightly less wearable.
6. Deepening Rose Eyeshadow - I have another pink eyeshadow, Electric Pink, and when comparing the two Deepening Rose is slightly more blue toned giving a cool hot pink shade.
7.Killer Carmine Eyeshadow - Killer Carmine is the other red and is darker just like the lipstick. It’s more wearable in my opinion than Fire for Hire. Would probably look great in a smokey eye.

NOH8 on Stardoll: Fact and Fiction
Recently a stardoll blogger (hawaiinbody) posted a blog about another user who is creating NOH8 badges against bullying. Of course the cause is noble, bullying is wrong. Unfortunately it's also a bit misguided.
The original NOH8 was created in opposition to Proposition 8 which banned gay marriage in California (hence the 8 in H8, clever). Unfortunately Prop 8 was passed and gay marriage was banned. Still NOH8 continues today to "promote marriage, gender and human equality through education, advocacy, social media, and visual protest." No mention of bullying. However I can see where tokyocartoons (the creator of Stardoll's NOH8 badges) is coming from with using NOH8 as a campaign against bullying. If you've been paying attention to the news you've most likely heard about many young gay teens committing suicide due to bullying over the past year. Of course with the original NOH8 organization being focused mainly on the GLBT community you can bet they stretched their campaign to advocate the stopping of bullying, especially cyber bullying which led to many of the deaths.
Hopefully that clears things up. The creator and blogger meant well and are supporting a great cause, even if using the name of an organization who's goals are slightly different.

Hello! My name is Meghan and I'm MeggiRoxx on Stardoll. I decided to create a blog as a way to talk about my experience on Stardoll with a bit more freedom than I'm allowed on Stardoll. On here I'll post makeup ideas, shopping hauls, my opinions on current events going on in stardoll, and etc. Hope you enjoy reading!
